where to find the the sims 4 burglar alarm ?

What's up with new members reviving this thread every few months? :D

There's always been this disconnect between a sim's career and NPCs, though. A sim in the criminal career can never be found robbing someone else's house. I can't remember the firefighter career in Sims 3 Ambitions too well since I only played it once, but that might count too.
