Where to find toilet stalls in build mode?

Hello, I just started playing Sims 4 and would like to upgrade some of the places my Sims can visit around town. While doing this, I noticed that I can't seem to find toilet stalls for the restroom...

Half walls are great for a bit of privacy in the bathroom too!
