What about the low-elevation neighborhood in Strangerville? If I were doing that, I'd put the primary landfill on the large lot with the plane wreck, and leave the wreck there during the cleanup phase. I would also probably leave the trailer park lot as it is.
I just think the junky, rundown phase would look right against the desert backdrop, but so would the cleaned-up, modern, container building phase.
