Where's my inheritance money?

Not sure what is going on, but your sim should have received the money the moment they got married. At least that was how it happened for one of mine. I'm not sure if the amount is the same for all sims who fall for this, but my sim inherited 2,500 semolians.

Same, my sim got married and nothing happened. Now he’s married to Nina Caliente who is hot headed and with the Personality Please mod in she basically yells at him every time she sees him.

Honestly I feel like the inheritence thing can be a scam. Only wish a pop up would come if you don't get the money 'SUCKER. ENJOY YOUR MARRIED LIFE NOW.'

I went into manage world and deleted the husband hahahaha, no money so why stay married, don't want to go through the whole divorce and negative relationships, so a quick delete (you never existed it was all a bad dream) and problem solved ;)

@mcrudd My girl's happily married to Caleb Vatore now. He's not going anywhere, lol! :D

Yes, this is new to Eco. Besides the part where they tell you if you want the money, you have to get married in 7 days, if you don't ask the caller, What's the catch?", so you have a couple of different options. I've heard others say something about having a baby.

Did it again and got 5,000 after the marriage! Neat! Maybe I just didn't notice the first time, lol.

I didn’t get the money either.. My Sim got the call and happened to already be engaged, It seems like it times out before the week is up though. My Sim had a wedding event planned on the calendar for five days after the phone call, the call gave my Sim a tense moodlet that said it would last for seven days. I noticed after four days that the moodlet was just gone after she woke up, and I think because of that I never got any money after the wedding a day later.

Oh, wow, 2,500 simoleons isn't much. Maybe my sim got the money without me noticing!
