One other cheat I use a lot:
It bugs me that Sims who wear glasses spin into their career outfit and the glasses are gone. I'll also add other accessories or change the hair/makeup. For example, one of my Sims is in the culinary career but she has long straight hair; most professional chefs will either wear a cap or hairnet, or they'll put their hair up so I have her career hairstyle one of the ones involving a bun. (I might use the new headwrap in a future save for that purpose.) I really wish we had the option in CAS to set/adjust career outfit, maybe just give us a limited selection of clothing related to the career but let us do what we want with hair/makeup/accessories.
