I'm a professional graphic designer and the second and third one hurt my eyes. ? They're probably going for that modern flat minimalist look which I usually do love... but the design looks so sad. Like, hey, let's just put an odd looking rectangle shape thing in the corner for the game pack icon. And don't even get me started on the Sims 4 white logo on that bright turquoise color. How can anyone even read that properly without their eyes hurting?
The first one is the best. The game's logo is big enough and easy to read. The labelling on whether it's an EP or GP is at the top and has a nice placement. The icon placement and design is also great and I love that gradient geometric background it has. So that render is probably my fav as it's simple and easier on the eyes. The other two seem a bit too cluttered especially the third one as I would not know where to focus on but I guess it could also depend on the pack. Some fully rendered photos could look good and not too cluttered.
