Which expansion pack should I buy?

So, I've only had Sims 4 base game for a while now, and it really does get old quickly. However, the expansion packs have always been WAY too expensive for me to buy. Luckily for me, there's some sort of sale going on right now and I can buy ONE thing that's on sale. Which expansion pack should I buy? I'm kind of torn between Cats & Dogs and Get to Work. although City Living looks fun as well....ahhh I can't decide

which expansion pack brings the more variety and changes up the game if I only have the base game?

1. Get Together is the best. The world, CAS, premades, clubs etc. Just amazing
2. City Living is filled with bugs but it's the Sims so what do expect. Great CAS and nice world.
3. Cats & Dogs mehh but the world and CAS are nice.
4. Get To Work mehhhhhhh..

I was wondering the same thing once I saw they were having a sale. I think I'm going to go with City Living. My daughter got to pick the EP last sale so I think I'm gonna pick the EP we get this sale. Question, what does CAS stand for?

CAS stands for Create A Sim. It is where you can create a sim or edit a sim.

Of course! I shoulda figured. What about MOO? I came across this acronym on a build challenge thread.

I'd say get Get To Work, I have all the expansions, and I would say it has the most gameplay.

If you have a little extra money, I recommend laundry day stuff pack. The build and buy and CAS are absolutely astounding. I initially bought it for the furniture, but I also really like the laundry gameplay.
