For family play Outdoor retreat is good. I use the ice chests, tents, table and seat rocks, and tree trunks for a lot of lots. It has the herbalism skill, and kids can collect bugs. Bugs, and many herbs come with the pack, also new fish, Bear outfits, and a campfire to roast marshmallow’s. I use this pack everywhere in outdoor community lots. And now that you can vacation anywhere, it makes for a cheap vacation anywhere..... just take your camping stuff, and of course remember to place the woohoo/napping/bathroom bush somewhere on the lot you want to camp at ( before you go on vacation ).
Jungle adventure is a beautiful Jungle world and you can make money with the archeology skill at dig sites around that world and treasure hunting in the temples. It also has a little market area that sells things for your jungle adventure like a machete, grilled cheese sandwich which never goes bad, waterfall in a bottle, bat repellant etc. I believe you can use the sales table to sell things you make or dig up too. You can also get skilled in the local culture, and it has an avocado tree, and a couple new vegetable plants. And, it has some colorful build buy stuff. You can also use camping equipment from outdoor retreat while exploring the Jungle.
Spa day is great for relaxing. You can set up a spa with massage tables, massage chairs, ( both with workere ), bathtubs that bring bath soaks to the game, yoga mats with an instructor ( works at gyms too ), meditation stools, and a sauna.
Strangerville is good if you need more lots..... it comes with a lot of lots for a gamepack. It has the military career, some beautiful build stuff ( stained glass windows etc. ). And of course the story you can play. Once you play it you can either reset it to play again, or just live in it like a normal little Area 51 desert town.
Vampires is the perfect place for the Goths.... lol. They don’t bother you if you keep your doors locked at night. It comes with brambles and things for walls too. It comes with a garlic plant ( you can make things to ward off vampires with ), vampire lore, a plasma tree, wolfsbane, and a mosquito plant. If you have get famous, you could also use the vampire stuff as a set on a community lot too.
Realm of Magic has some real pretty old fashioned furniture and cabinetry, even a unique bathroom set. It has some pretty windows and things too. And the world of Glimmerbrook is a pretty forest town. It also comes with a couple of plants for potions too.
