I like Dine Out for the restaurants, even though it's kind of broken. It's a fun place to take my sims when they have a date or on a special family night out. Spa Day is also pretty cool for the yoga mat! I love Strangerville for the Build items, but a lot of people dislike the gameplay. It's pretty fun if you like The X-Files. There's always something spooky going on.
