I second JC on J Huntington. I had my female sim (who is now happily married to another townie) start out being a little, well, free and easy with the woohoo, and she had several townie babies with different guys, including four with J, aside from that J also is now married to my sim's daughter (not by him obviously, by Johnny Zest), and J has a couple of kids by her now too. (Yes, I made this family a bit scandalous lol). Anyway all of the kids are attractive. She actually had pretty good looking kids with Don and Mortimer too, but I think the kids with J turned out the most consistently attractive. It probably helps that she's really pretty too, but I think J has good genetics also.
