Fyi if you're worried it won't match the game, there is a thing called "clayifying" where people take alpha hairs and paint on the alpha layers which fills in the gaps in the hair, since maxis hair don't really have these gaps in their hair, and then they apply the maxis hair textures over them and they look more suited to the game. So you could search to see if anybody clayified that hair if you want. They usually don't keep the hair colours since the hair colours make the hair look much more realistic in comparison to the regular style of the game, but people do make their own hair colour pallettes that fit the style and texture of the game, WildlyMiniatureSandwich on tumblr has a nice colour pallette of unnatural (and natural) colours.

P.s you will normally have to download both the alpha and the clayified version of a hair even if you just want the clayified version because usually people don't want you to just reupload their stuff with only new textures, so instead they make it so that if you want to retexture their hair you have to make it so your retexture requires people to download both your retexture and the original alpha hair.
