I have bought all three of them although I hadn't yet when I answered the poll. I debated over the fitness clothing mainly due to this line: "Hit the gym or take it easy at home with 19 comfortable, sporty pieces that call back to the energy and simplicity of the ‘90s." I am pretty sure I still HAVE clothes from the 90s, although they'd be flannel and black leather (as an aside, I would be all over a grunge themed kit). I like the dresses though.
I'm curious what else in the other two. The Dust pack has two new aspirations and there is a LOT more to it than just vacuuming dust!
You can see the pictures here: https://simscommunity.info/2021/02/28/full-list-of-items-coming-with-the-upcoming-the-sims-4-kits/
I haven't heard that the fitness or kitchen kits come with any additional gameplay; that dusting mechanic and the aspirations are really the meat of the BtD kit. There's only five actual items in the kit - two hand held vacuums and three upright. (Why no ElectroLux??? - jk) - Babykittyjade5 years agoSeasoned AceOmg the livestream sold me!!!!
- I am holding off on the fitness mostly because I am not much of a fan of the 80's fashions overall. Going to think on that one for awhile.
Also agree with you @Pamtastic72 although I do admit to still purchasing a latte on occasion. Well not for the last year because I am somewhat housebound. My most recent lattes were purchased for me. And delivered. <3 - Reddestiny9215 years agoLegendNone yet I have other things I want on payday. So these just got added to the list, everyone respectful has a right to their own opinion but as some who has spent a fair amount more on small things from the sims 3 store and it still couldnt keep me playing it long term I'd say its fine. Little bits for players that couldnt afford stuff packs or more things for those that like it or dont but want the full collection. Maybe they'll offee faster votes for these one day and more can get exactly what they want.
Even shorter answer, I am getting all of them. - Tcee115 years agoSeasoned AceI love the idea of kits. I like having many many many options for decorating and CAS. I don’t use CC because it is time consuming enough to update mods (and I only use a handful) after an update and I don’t have the patience for it. Plus I do a lot of research on what mods I use because I don’t want my game to get screwed up by outdated content. But that is just me.
I understand why people use CC and I have to say that there is some awesome looking things I’ve seen in others games that do make me jealous ?! - friendsfan3675 years agoSeasoned Newcomeri was going to buy1 amonth for 3 months. but i enrded up getting all 3 .
- phoenixlady885 years agoSeasoned VeteranI only buyed the kitchen for now. The other kits are bit overpriced for what you get. Even when I'm a bit tempted getting the throw back clothing kit.
- DaWaterRat5 years agoSeasoned AceAs of yet, I haven't bought any and Country Kitchen is the only one I'm actively planning to get.
But I may get the others eventually to pad out a bundle (should they offer one) and/or a good enough sale. - Tcee115 years agoSeasoned AceYou can dust bust the recycling machine?
- SEREFRAS5 years agoLegendI finally saw all that was in the kits. I do like the 1980s Throwback & the off-the-grid matching Country Kitchen. I calculated how much I could save if I bought both of them along with my Origin Discount. So, I actually got them. ;)
However, I will never, ever get the boring Bust the Dust. :s
