Which mod you're using to control the Eco Footprint? What has been your experience with it?

@Onverser This is why I need the mod if I want an industrial footprint. I don't want it green or neutral. I want the hazards of acid rain and negative moods for my story. There may not be a reason to go green as you said but there are reasons to go industrial.
