Which packs did you deactivate/uninstall?
Which packs do you own and use the most and which did you deactivate and regret buying?

I have never deactivated a pack. The one that annoys me the most is Parenthood. I do like the character values in general, but the messes and the advice pop-ups are super annoying. But so far not enough to make me want to disable the whole pack.
