I'm not sure what your play type is, but I see you have Vampires, so I'm going to make my own personal recommendation in case you like a bit of challenge or deviance.
For a Game Pack, I definitely recommend Jungle Adventures. It has a couple of different ways it can be played. First, your sims can vacation there, learn about a new culture, new greetings, new recipes, new dances, and add to collections. You can also learn the new Archaeology skill and dig up a variety of treasures that can be worth a lot of simoleans. Or, you can explore the dangerous jungle, searching for artifacts and secret places, find a temple full of traps and treasure, and risk death and curses. The jungle map is gorgeous and immersive, and I find that I just love looking around and taking screenshots. It's really a great pack for giving your sims something to do that's fun and risky.
For a Stuff Pack, I think that Romantic Garden would compliment it well because there are more lush flowery and leafy build/buy items as well as a large fountain that Sims can play in or relax on. But the best part of this pack is the Wishing Well, where your Sims can take their chances with a selection of wishes, but they also risk having those wishes twisted into a curse. It's delightfully deviant.
I would also recommend Vintage Glamour for a Stuff Pack because the butler is quite handy to have around and the items and CAS stuff is unique. It also includes an interactive vanity and a globe that has a mini bar inside. This pack just feels really full to me for what it is.
