Which pre-existing lots would make good exclusive clubs?

I don't know if this has been brought up yet or not, but I just discovered that the exclusive clubs will have the lot trait that will make them that way unless I misunderstood something. So it has go...

So it has got me to thinking which lots that are already in the game in Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Windenburg, San Myshuno, or the other towns we already have. Which of those community lots or lot types, do you hope to turn into an exclusive club?


Nightclub in Windenburg will work the one by the water.
