Which settings to make underwater objects less blurry?

So I just bought a new computer so I could finally play the Sims with higher graphic settings (my old one was ancient and weak). But now everything I see under water looks really blurry, like doubled....

This is interesting, I was unaware that the terrain became prettier when cared for. It does make sense :)



I started a new save again LOL, now this one will have to be a conservationist too. I want to heal my Sulani again hahahaha. Its very nice to actually see all the changes in the water and on land, the flowers become more vibrant in colour too :D
