Which settings to make underwater objects less blurry?

Hmm I have the same video card (set to ultra settings with all but laptop mode checked) and haven’t really noticed this. I have been playing often and feel like I would have seen this because it would bother me too. I’d check but I’m away from my desktop till late next week.

I’d tell you to turn your settings all the way up but since you didn’t see this on your older laptop I don’t know if that would help. I think it is the ripple effect but it seems worse on your game than I’ve personally noticed. Hmmm I wish I knew more about tech so I could help more. I can’t think of a good solution other than turning your settings all up and seeing if it makes a difference, you should be able to play on ultra with that card anyway.
