Even though eco footprint is disabled in the options it bugged out and I have industrial pollution in San Myshuno! To disable in options is not working so I had to run a command line text to disable the pack all together. So my game now doesn't recognize that it's installed. It's the only way I can now play my game. It was a waste of money from my point of view.
