Willow Creek: the official description mentions bayous, plantations and southern gentry. Sounds like Louisiana to me.
Newcrest: My head cannon for Newcrest is that each neighborhood is a different county in the DC suburbs, I can see where you get Illinois, though.
Magnolia Promenade: The environment has almost identical assets to Willow Creek, right down to the riverboat. I agree with EgonVM. It's just down the Mississippi River from Willow Creek.
San Myshuno: Reminds me of Hong Kong, but simmified and less cramped. I feel like the prominence of East Asian culture there makes it unlikely to be on America's east coast, if it's in America. I generally think of it as a sort of Pan-Asian city.
Forgotten Hollow: Transylvania, of course. The twisted trees make me think of Hoia Bacu.
Sulani: The houses make me think of Tahiti, which also has volcanos.
Britechester: The architecture makes me think of Cambridge England.
Tartosa: Amalfi coast, Italy.
All of the others I either agree with you, or I don't know them well enough to form an opinion.
