Which Sims 4 worlds resemble real places?

This is my interpretation in how each world resembles a real place and why. I linked screenshots of each world for comparison

What is your interpretation?
Do you live in one of these real world places and do you feel my assessment fits? :D
If you could live in one Sims 4 world which would it be and why?

A.) Willow Creek is Maryland, USA because of the colonial-styled homes that are prevalent in that state.
B.) Oasis Springs is Arizona, USA because it is mostly flat desert landscape scattered with palm trees.
C.) Newcrest is Illinois, USA beacuse it has a notable large canal running through it just like the state. *Typo on image :#
D.) Unknown. Anys suggestions?
E.) Windenburg is the Netherlands because of the thatched roof styled homes that are common in that region such as Holland, etc.
F.) San Myshuno is New York, USA because of towering apartment buildings and city hustle bustle.
G.) Forgotten Hallow is Colorado, USA because of its rocky mountains and pinetrees.
H.) Brindleton Bay is Maine, USA because of the docks edging the shoreline and the variety of trees.
I.) Del Sol Valley is California, USA because of the beach life and show biz combo.
J.) Strangerville is (Southern) Utah, USA because of its famous red rock Grand Canyon and cactus desert.
K.) Sulani is Hawaii, USA because of its tropical islands and famous volcanoes.
L.) Glimmerbrook is Virginia, USA because of it's two waterfalls which there are about 275 waterfalls in that state.
M.) Britechester is Michigan, USA because of its many inland lakes which there are over 11,000 lakes within the state.
N.) Evergreen Harbor is Indiana, USA because of its industrial demographic which the state is the 2nd largest manufacturer in the US.
O.) Mt. Komorebi is Japan because of its similar landscape of snowy mountaintops and lush green valleys.
P.) Henford-On-Bagley is the United Kingdom which encompasses the countryside rolling hills and small towns found throughout the UK.
Q.) Tartosa is Greece because of the similar old world architecture, hidden waterfalls, and breathtaking beaches.
R.) Moonwood Mill is Wyoming, USA because of it's diverse terrain of boulder mountains, forests, and industrial logging.
S.) Copperdale is Oregon, USA because of its evergreen forests, scattered lakes, and beautiful shoreline sunsets.

I actually forgot all about Granite Falls and Selvadorada! I'd have to think on it a bit...

Strangerville really could pass as any of the four corner states, and Nevada is so close to Utah, there are definitely similarities!

San Myshuno: Reminds me of Hong Kong, but simmified and less cramped. I feel like the prominence of East Asian culture there makes it unlikely to be on America's east coast, if it's in America. I generally think of it as a sort of Pan-Asian city.

My first instinct was also Hong Kong (lived there for a couple years!) but then I decided to go with NY. I would agree that HK was probably the better fit! Thanks for sharing your interpretations!
  • I agree with the OP on most of them. But to me, also, WC is like Louisiana with the paddle boats, one of my favorite neighborhoods.

Strangerville reminds me more of Nevada, where I lived for almost 20 years. Nevada, not Strangerville. :D

Henford On Bagly reminds me of European look in general, as HOB is another one of my favorites to play.

Forgotten Hollow looks like the boreal forests of dark places, like Romania, Carpathian Mountains...with vampires.

Sulani is the South Pacific in general. Beautiful island living, easy, no muss no fuss.

Brindleton Bay is like the Northeastern US coast, while Del Sol Valley is the west coast.

And then there's OS, another of my favorites to play in. I love the dust blowing, the wind blowing the tumbleweeds around, just like in rl. <3 The desert always had its own kind of beauty.
  • Willow Creek: the official description mentions bayous, plantations and southern gentry. Sounds like Louisiana to me.
Newcrest: My head cannon for Newcrest is that each neighborhood is a different county in the DC suburbs, I can see where you get Illinois, though.
Magnolia Promenade: The environment has almost identical assets to Willow Creek, right down to the riverboat. I agree with EgonVM. It's just down the Mississippi River from Willow Creek.
San Myshuno: Reminds me of Hong Kong, but simmified and less cramped. I feel like the prominence of East Asian culture there makes it unlikely to be on America's east coast, if it's in America. I generally think of it as a sort of Pan-Asian city.
Forgotten Hollow: Transylvania, of course. The twisted trees make me think of Hoia Bacu.
Sulani: The houses make me think of Tahiti, which also has volcanos.
Britechester: The architecture makes me think of Cambridge England.
    Tartosa: Amalfi coast, Italy.

All of the others I either agree with you, or I don't know them well enough to form an opinion.

With Magnolia Promenade, it shares the the weather with Willow Creek if I remember correctly. Thus I'd say that one is the same as A.

The only question left is where do you think Granite Falls and Selvadorada is?
