It's a tie between Island Living, Get Famous, and Get to Work for me. I'm sure each expansion had their pros and cons, but there were some that I don't play with much.
Island Living: Was a bland expansion that felt more like a game pack. The mermaids felt like an afterthought, and they could have brought back resorts and some nice CAS items from TS3 Island Paradise. Oh well... I had been excited for this pack when I saw the trailer. It's like when an advertisement makes a product look good, but when you try it, it doesn't reach your expectations. As for Sulani, it's style over substance, and you can't swim in oceans from other worlds. Didn't EA say that one time? They should at least be honest with us.
Get Famous: The fame system was still broken, and I'm not sure if the acting career would still work. Hadn't tried that career in quite some time - oh, and let's not forget the fact that sims react to famous family members, and unless you have MCCC, you can't introduce your sims to the famous relative the normal way. Del Sol Valley feels cramped, and you can't even access the ocean or the houses by the water. Also, the apartment feature should have been reused for this world. That's a missed opportunity.
Get to Work: I don't play with the career much, except for storytelling purposes. It was a missed opportunity to add some careers that we've enjoyed in Sims 3 Ambitions. Those careers were buggy and repetitive. The addition of aliens was pointless, as I often forget that they were there.
