Literally all I 100% need is Winter Vacation. Preferably not half baked and definitely an EP. We could have lodges and actual house so you can choose if you want to vacation or to live there. I don’t think it being a vacation world would cut it.
Set in Alaska, it needs to include snowboarding, sledding, a functional ski lift, trees, death by crashing into a tree (if not, severe injury and ski patrol will be called to take you away). Resident critters would be meese, mountain goats and deer. All these animals should be interactable and befriendable, and if you upset them there should be deaths related to that. The whole pack should include stuff that you can do as a whole family, drink hot chocolates in front of a fire, have a snow pal building contest, build snow forts, maybe even igloos. There would be ski lessons, tours through the backcountry on sleds based on Inuit culture and tours. You could be pulled up by ski patrollers for high speeds and you could try to get away (high speed chases with three outcomes: caught, which comes with an embarrassed mood let, crashed into a tree which could result in injury or death and got away which comes with a confident moodlet). A ski instructor career with two branches: Ski Instructor: in which the instructor branch would be as you gain experience and become a professional (Highest Level could be Instructors Instructor or Backcountry Guide (both of which require the highest qualifications and many many years of training irl)), and Ski Patroller: these are the people that check the slopes are alright to open, pull up people when they’re going too fast, save people when they’re in trouble, etc.
A sample of the career branch could look like this (I snowboard and I have my instructor cert so this is partially accurate)
Base Branch
1. Shadow - this is a trainee position you basically just watch how a more experienced instructor teaches and chip in when they need help
2. Instructor’s Help - Act as a secondary instructor under the supervision of a more experienced instructor (passing this level could include a technical exam where they test your own skill)
3. Rookie - can only teach beginners on green runs (basically stuck on the magic carpet if anyone knows what that is)
4. Decent Instructor - all the description you need is in the name
Ski Instructor Branch
5. Certified Instructor - you can finally take high level classes
6. Private Coach - takes private lessons
7. Powder Guide/Instructor’s Instructor - Powder Guides go off piste (into uncharted/non mountain run areas where ski patrol doesn’t come rescue you) while the instructors instructors teach up and coming instructors
Ski Patroller Branch
5. Traffic Conductor - gives warnings and tickets to people going too fast on the slope
6. Run Closer - closes dangerous runs and marks hazards with a red pole
7. Rescue Team - rescues people that have gotten injured or stuck in the snow
As long as we get Winter Vacation I’m happy with Sims 4.
I wouldn’t mind (in this order):
Farm Living
Werewolves (instead of normal romantic relationships I would love mate bonds (you can cheat these to make them with people you want or the game can set them (they can be ignored, however the mate will be upset if they see you with your chosen spouse and you will be upset if you see them with their chosen spouse)).

Stage Performances (singing, bands, etc)
