Seasons has my favorite build/buy items, I love the craftsman style. I also like how the holidays and weather are integrated, but it has no new world and no true new gameplay. Cats and dogs is my second favorite as I love the world, the pets, and the vet career. Parenthood is my favorite game pack with nice build/buy and I like the family additions to my stories. Laundry Day is my favorite stuff pack as I feel it adds some really nice realism to my gameplay. But it really depends on how you like to/want to play the game. SimSupply and lilsimsie both have some nice youtube videos going over the different packs so you may want to check those out before you decide.
