While adding to the Sims 4 lore, please allow us to create our own.

Please bring back neighborhood and sim biographies/descriptions. Sims 2 had great ways to do that. I made a thread about it before here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/979399/why-the...

I did not use the bio much but liked it because it was an option made available to end users. Sims 4 was stripped of almost everything that was possible in the older versions.
