What are your graphics settings at? Sometimes, especially if the CC is a bit outdated or conflicting, I've noticed that if I have my settings too high or too low, it won't render the mesh/texture properly and give you a sort of "disco ball" effect! Sometimes it has to do with reflections, other times things like Bloom and lighting/shadow quality... When I found out if it was graphics for some of my CC, I had just tried all the graphics presets and went from there. Not sure if that would necessarily help much, but hopefully :)
