Should just leave them be or if you have to change a name change Pleasent.
As mentioned by @smurfy77 and @NatashaJane Lilith is a perfect name for an occult sim considering who Lilith actually is and part of the name literally means "Night creature." Also funnily enough vampires were similar to what type of demon she is (90% certain I can't expand on that) before they became more literal in sucking your lifeforce out.
