Who goes to Uni?
Is it teens? Young adults? Or is there a new in-between?? (fingers crossed)

As far as I know colleges require you to be YA (18 and older to attend) so the age is YA at least.
I also understand if one wanted to rent a house or apartment not belonging to the University - people need to be 21 in the USA
I just read this last night so the laws have obviously changed. I was 17 also when I started at the New Haven University of Arts and Sciences and I rented an off campus apartment near family in New Haven but it was barely off campus and still close enough to walk or bike to.
Believe me I was shocked to read that about needing to be 21 now.
