I think he was introduced with the Horse Ranch EP. He is a neighborhood NPC, who I think likes to discuss old nectar recipes. Might be seen hanging around the rabbit hole store at New Appaloosa. He can be befriended, it's a challenge as he migt share his old recipe with you if you get to know him a bit. So, maybe you can invite him over after the relation gets to a certain level?
That's what im hoping for.. Ive befriended Agnes. But even she cant be added to a household.
Agnes is a special NPC, too. She is connected to the little garden shop and with her handbag routine and legend satus it would be hard to replace her with jus any random sim. The only way you can play her, is to create a duplicate in CAS. Make sure not to mess too much with the original, though.
Sooo, I actually ended up turning the cheats on for this save.. I decided to make a simverse where Agnes and Roberto stayed together. They now live on a ranch where she can garden her heart away and he can make his nectar. I also made them have a child. But his last name is Crinklebottom. Lol 😆 I did unfortunately have to alter her personality a bit so the two would continue getting along.
