Who is this? I originally thought she was a random generated "townie". But I see her popping up alot in the gallery. :o

Yep, MCCC can do that. I have it set so that the game only has a 10% chance of just "randomizing" any Sim it creates. The other 90% are pulled from my gallery. You could set it to 100% from the gallery, but I actually enjoy a little bit of random showing up.
I just had a Sim show up at the retail potion shop that one of my sims runs and she wasn't wearing any pants. Half the customers wouldn't shop because they were reacting to her pantsless state...for like 2 hours (sim time)! I feel like a Sim with no pants had to have been one of those 10%...
