For me, I'd have to say the Goths. (although the Behr sisters are cute. i dont have GT so I can't exactly see them around town but still)
I have this strange liking to Mortimer Goth, and Bella Goth I find really pretty for a sim (.. well, her TS3 version could be better...), and because of my liking towards their parents I also enjoy seeing Alexander and Cassandra in my game. I have gotten into the common routine, though, of deleting all the pre-made sims and replacing them with townies or my sims, both because of story and the fact that whenever I saw Bella and Mortimer around town, I felt the extreme need for my sims to befriend them. But then they die anyway..? But--uh-- yeah, the Goths are my favorite pre-made household.
