I shall suspect the detective cause no one ever does and somehow they are always close to where murder takes place with absolutely perfect possibilities to kill the victim and no one ever even asks them what they were doing at the time of murder.
also bjergsens are very problematic in my game they are incapable of being the perfect family they pretend to be.
I'm sure Siobhan just found out that all Bjorns cases were actually him "catching criminal" for his own crimes and tried to blackmail him and became his next victim.

okay i guess since he isnt on suspect list i will throw second guess =
whoever is mentioned first in the story for seemingly no reason at all:
Moira and Dominic. why would they even be on list of suspects unless there was shady reasons
+ removal of ladder suggests it was someone she is comfortable with having in her home enough to go swimming while they are around
