Once you are revised, you blame us. And we kill everyone you love. Your parents, your sister, your husband, heck, possibly even you again. This is not a good Option. If I were you, I'd choose option B.

Jacques: You. Run. For. Mayor. Or Sergio. We don't really care. You are both the most popular people in Windenburg right now. And we can't run, with people calling us "criminals" and all. Use our Wishing Wells, it's faster than waiting for your mom. And Sergio will get out of prison quicker. You two will run the city. And we all get even richer, more popular and more powerful. Of course you'll have to do some things for us. Starting with firing Bjorn. Maybe making gambling more legal. Little things like that. But hey, it beats option A.

Jacques: We already took care of you. Hugo planted the pool step on Ulreke's house. Luna told us you didn't like her. Just tell Bjorn and he'll search the place and find the step stool. You can say that she pickpocketed your key. See, we're already taking care of each other! Hugo is even making sure Sergio isn't getting beaten up in jail. This partnership will work out beautifully.
