Who nerfed kitchen fires and when did this happen?

I have no idea how that's happening for you. Honestly, every single time I try getting my Sim to cook with a low skill level, they always start a fire somehow. I have no idea why it keeps happening, but it happens every single time I do it. I don't have any mods for that kind of thing installed either, it just happens. I actually started getting annoyed by it happening so often, but I just went with it.
