Nope....I had lots of kitchen fires in both TS2 and TS3.
And to some others who have replied about fires being possible.......I guess you missed the part where the stove was turned off and then the Sim turned it back on when they returned to the stove.......making an accidental fire impossible.
Sorry had to leave for awhile. Yeah, they're talking about fires happening when they're actively cooking...what
you're talking about is when you cancel the cooking mid-go and the stove automatically turns off, unlike in 2 and 3 where the stove would stay on and cause a fire if you didn't get back to it in time.
