I cleaned my mod folder out to start playing a vanilla game.
Lasted about three hours before the cravings/pervasive thoughts started.
"That one hair/skin/hat/skintone/lamp/etc would've been perfect for this..."
"Why isn't shift clicking doing anything? Oh. Testingcheats isn't auto-enabled anymore..."
"Why is his hair so blue?! *frantically modifies in cas* Oh, right... that is black."
etc
But also:
"Wow, everything is so uncomplicated and the game loads so fast... Glad I don't have to worry about that anymore."
Downloaded a recolor, and I fell off the wagon. Now, I'm rapidly catching up to the amount of CC I had before (1000+). I'm trying to limit myself to "maxis match" items this time and make sure I disable (most) of them for random sims, at least. :lol:
