Who's pre-ordering Growing Together ?

I will not pre-order. I want to know more about the world (that for the little I saw did not really appeal to me) and more about gameplay. Also I am weary of bugs. So I will let others play first and see if everything works fine. I have the Tartosa syndrome. Also money is tight so if I am interested I will wait for a sale.

A lot of gamers just like to know the game is paid off and they don't have to worry about budgeting funds. Now they just sit back and relax and look forward to the release.

There is no need to pre-order a pack for the bonus items. I will wait patiently for the first gameplay video and the I decide wether the pack is worth the full price, wait for a sale or dont' buy it.

I'm going to have to wait and see. For me, it will depend on:
How much of the content is bugged/ not working from the start?
Those sleeping bags: Can they be carried in the inventory, like Sims 3?
What others who've seen and played with the actual pack are saying.
And What does the world look like. How many lots are there? How big? Are any of them empty from the start?
And between the lots in the world, how easy is it to play rags to riches style, gathering stuff to sell and using free stuff out in the public.

These are the things I tend to care about as I am evaluating the pack.

I have Strangerville so clearly, I'm preordering this pack. I can't be the only one who wants to put a kid in a backpack and eat bizarre fruit to see what a possessed sim with a kid on its back looks like.

If that works I’ll continue to experiment on the little one to see how it reacts to bizarre fruit …
I hope there’s plenty of playpens available.
Did anyone ever try this on a toddler? I can’t believe I never did! ?

I think it will be a great pack, but I feel this game has gotten too large to be managed properly.
I don't want to be sitting on a broken game after putting out money for it.

I've seen a few have luck but mostly unhappy players who didn't and EA didn't help them out. Sometimes you find a rep who will add it to your account anyways. A majority will explain how the promotion works and to read the small text.

I don't know about the baby carrier. I sure hope there's another one. That would be crazy to limit such a feature that is a part of the games advertising.

Yea I suspected as such. I am just going to give myself time to think and decide whether 3 items are worth the extra to buy from Origin. Plenty of time decide yet at least. :)

This is one of the few packs I have been drawn to buy so early on. Pets and Parenthood being the only others.
