Why a full body outfit?
Why is it that all raincoats in the seasons pack are full body outfits? It bugs me how I can't just wear a raincoat with my chosen bottoms.

I was hoping that coats would be more like what hats are in the game, accessories when Sims 4 first launched. But they are not for some reason. They are part of a top or a full body outfit.
