@Remy_Geneva I'm pretty sure the "Turn Ons and Offs" came with the Base game of TS2, but I may be wrong. That was one of many things from TS2 I missed that didn't carry over to TS3. :cry:
This is a great discussion because I 100% agree with you, sims need WAY more lifelike personalities! We're on the
4th iteration now, something like that should've been implemented into the newest game (TS4) on Day ONE! (That and Open World, but let's not go there. ;) )
Sadly though I do wonder if they are holding out the better personalities and traits (even careers) for The Sims 5 to make it more desirable upon release. To really catch the lifelong simmers with it so they'll no doubt want to buy the new iteration.
It's all about money these days....... :( not what the players want. And if they
do happen to go with what some of the players want, it's gameplay that appeals mostly to the current generation players, not the veteran players. It's very unfortunate. Because they're (EA/Maxis) forgetting that if they give the
veteran players what they really want/desire TOO, they'll make more money than they ever thought possible with this game! :star:
That's just my thoughts on it.
Sims 5 really isn't relevant here. I have said over and over again, TS4 advertises "unique personalities" and that is something that needs to be delivered in this iteration of the game.

I'd have to learn a whole lot about a Sims 5 and like what I see before I would ever buy it.
