Why are my sim's babies not wherewolves?? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

My sim and her husband are both werewolves. I have seen trailers featuring toddlers howling. They have 3 toddlers now, but they do not show up as werewolves! I have never even seen them howel. What is...

There is no option in the pie menu for my sim parents to teach them to howl.
