Why Are My Sims Catching Fire From The Toilet?

All 3 of my sims caught fire, dad, mom, and child, after using the toilet. I thought it was a prank, but I watched and made sure it wasn't after the second fire. They are catching fire literally ever...

You probably used Instant Upgrade and it made the Composting upgrade active in your toilet...

With this, if you don't remove the composting, your toilet will always catch on fire when it's full, but you can solve it buying another toilet
And if you want to avoid this, just don't use Instant Upgrade in toilets and don't use this specific upgrade.
