Why are so many random sims shaped like a pear?

I use the body presets by Zerbu, so I get a wide variety of body shapes.

It’s hard to tell the difference between him and that lamppost in the background.

@Simpkin I downloaded from another page which is no longer accessible, but it looks like this is the same thing, posted June 2018. My download from over a year ago still works after all the recent updates, so this should be good:

Yes my game generates them too but not too many just one or two sims.

YES! But to me it's mostly the girls.

I get about 6 or 7 of them and I noticed my pear shaped females tend to have sons with that genetics. Mind you, in life there are males with that shape and if they work out their body shape changes but it burns me up. Most of my females are pear or hour glass shaped.

I recently found a mod for this. Still testing, but seems to work.

I find that pear seems to be the default shape for female sims. I spend a lot of time in CAS changing pears to hourglasses. Not all women have small waists and large hips.

I have only seen pear shaped men on the forums. I'll have to pay more attention to The Trudgers.
