Why are there Spooky Stuff items in the seasons trailer? DLC for a DLC? Again?

I'm not sure how anything in either Spooky Stuff or the holiday pack would be 'vital' to another pack anyway, it's all decorations, lol. My guess is they're probably new swatches/items so that people who don't have the packs can still have the decorations (just different colors/variants), and people who do have them get a few extra swatches/designs.

Win-win all around, except for those who assume more options are bad, because they're 'recycled' or whatever again, lol.
