Why are there Spooky Stuff items in the seasons trailer? DLC for a DLC? Again?

When I saw the trailer, I noticed some things that I didn't expected, funny how it is but I was wondering if why are there Spooky Stuff items in the video. I have a feeling about this. https://scon...

It makes sense that they will include themed décor like @Beardedgeek says because they say about the holidays and you see the house decorated for the seasons. It would be silly to show something and not have some clutter or decoration to go with the theme
