Why are there Spooky Stuff items in the seasons trailer? DLC for a DLC? Again?

You don't need seasons to celebrate Halloween and you don't need spooky stuff to celebrate holidays. I really think people misunderstand what dlc for dlc means. It means that you can't use the content without one another.

One thing about this topic; Its almost impossible to say dlc for dlc because seasons is a huge aspect of the game. If they made a snowy mountain game pack with skiing and mountain getaways with a bunch of winter sports. One could argue its dlc for dlc. Everything the team makes from here on out will be affected by weather and holidays.
