Why can't playstation 4 pre-order werewolves?

Seems to be they don’t really care about Console players. They don’t have any Gurus for us anymore. There are so many glitches on PS4, but I mostly just hear people talking about the Toddler glitch, which I have never had. I really want to buy the new pack, but will just have to wait for it to release to buy.
