Why do people not like MOO?

I’ve never had a problem playing a lot with move objects on (MOO), but I’ve seen other people on the forums express dislike for downloading lots with MOO. I have a pretty nice PC, so I think that’s probably why I’m not having any issues, but can someone please explain to me what happens when MOO is causing issues for you and why it’s a problem for some?

I use it in my builds, but I don't overstuff them anyway. Less is more.
