Why do the sims react negatively when the sim in military career tries to share war story

Hi one of my fellow simmers is working At the military career. She got a daily task of share a war story but almost of the sims give her double red minus. Does anyone know this reason? I appreciate al...

Thanks very much! Now i understood all. :D Because I remember my sim got that interaction with other sim after defeating mother plant. He was not in military though. I think I still have the sim in my game somewhere. :D I can test with him. thanks. :D

I think thats a bug its suppose to be a reward and I don't think it use to happen
