CL perplexes me quite frankly - Why have tourists, but no hotel or motels? An art district, but no theaters, dance studios, no School of the arts, no crafts center - no things that make one believe it is a vast place that celebrates the arts? Why call it a city with no stores or city life aspects? It is at most only part way to representing a city in my view. It is City -lite. Heavy on the lite!
