My pc has lackluster specs and i own all dlc (except for JtB) and both the game and households load very fast. But i clean my cache daily... my tray and screenshots folder is almost empty... i only have 20mb of mods... i don't have cc... and my sim's inventories have few stuff, like 5 or 6 items each max...
